Any particular reason to do this?

ITPs should always be assigned to 'wnpp' and closed on first upload with
a 'Closes:' entry in the changelog.

Hello!

	After opening the ITP I realized it would be more appropriate to
change the package's name to "elementary-theme". When I uploaded it to
mentors.d.o, it complained about "closing bugs in a wrong way". I
assumed I'd have to reassign it to 'elementary-theme' (which causes no
errors in mentors.d.o) but I may have misinterpreted the requirements of
ITPs.

	I'm reassigning it to wnpp now.
