Dear Maintainer,

This happens sometimes in various applications and web sites:
1. Select a drop-down menu to open it.
2. Click on one of the drop-down menu items.

Expected Result: The Menu Item action is taken.

Actual Result: The click goes to the underlying window as if
the menu is not there at all.

This happens intermittently and affects desktop applications as
well as web sites. Restarting the app or browser helps to clear
the problem.

Additional Info: The IceWM Focus Mode is click. I think that the
window focus mode may not be related, but I provide this info
in case helpful.
