GCC 11 run test timeout due to a problem of GDB on Cavium Octeon.
Please drop build-dep on gdb on mipsel and mips64el.

The problem is about a bug of Cavium Octeon:
Sometimes, if there is a branch insn between ll and sc, the CPU may hang.

I will continue to debug the problem.
