Dear Maintainer,

Calibre shows helpful context sensitive information in the form of
tooltips on mouse hover. Unfortunately, since upgrading to bullseye,
this does not work for me any more. Instead of the tooltips, I only see
empty white rectangles with no text in their place. This is the case for
tooltips on buttons as well as in dialogs.
