Dear Maintainer,

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
I started the program with `__NV_PRIME_RENDER_OFFLOAD=1
__GLX_VENDOR_LIBRARY_NAME=nvidia PCSX2` as it says to do in the Nvidia Optimus
wiki page to start a program using the GPU on a laptop with Nvidia Optimus.
Next, I went into the menu and selected one of the boot iso options (I tried
restarting and choosing the other, but same result). I then selected an ISO and
ran it.
   * What was the outcome of this action?
A black screen that is supposed to load the game showed up, it did not load the
game. In the log, it printed `Error: GLLoader failed to get GL version`, a
dialog box came up saying `GS plugin failed to open. Your computer may have
insufficient resources, or incompatible hardware/drivers. Press Ok to go to the
Plugin Configuration Panel.` and then in the log it printed `(p) GS plugin
failed to open!(thread:MTGS)(thread:EE Core)`
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
It should just load the game normally.

Note that this problem does not occur when running the program without the GPU.
Note as well that this problem was posted in the upstream github at
https://github.com/PCSX2/pcsx2/issues/3347 and solved with this commit
https://github.com/PCSX2/pcsx2/commit/8816f4bf0d3d35a2d534885ff95e00ffc12a87a5
Should be feasible to just merge it into Debian's? I don't know how this works.
Not having gpu support tanks performance, pretty major issue. Thanks for
reading through this and thanks if you fix this!

Greetings.

I'm writing to you because I have a humanitarian request that I believe
could be incredibly impactful. I'm reaching out about the recent
devastating storm that tragically claimed many lives and affected numerous
individuals in Libya, including one of my clients. I would like to discuss
a proposal with you that could enable us to extend a helping hand to these
victims.

Looking forward to discussing this further with you.

Warm regards,
Mrs. Nathalie Herolds
