After a restart the settings of the display video calibration are lost.
There are no errors in the log.

I am on bullseye, libc6 2.31-13, kernel 5.10.0-8-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 5.10.46-4
Graphics subsystem is wayland

Hi Henning!

So basically, you apply video calibration settings and after Kodi restart the settings are reset to default?

Can you please post a screenshot of your settings so I can reproduce them in my lab?

Very much so.
I have a overscan issue with the attached TV.
I use the expert System/Display tab.
Got to video calibration and use the arrow keys to move the corners into the visible
part of the TV screen.
This just works fine until you close kodi.
The next time you open kodi again the video is again to large for the screen.

I do not understand, there are really no settings to take a picture off.

one postscript
I checked the file
.kodi/userdata/guisettings.xml

It is rewritten.
BUT!
I used diff on a before / after version of this file.
The <resolution> section is not changed. That is what I would expect.
I checked an backup of this file from before I upraded to
bullseye.
Clearly the <resolution> section is different and more what I
would expect to compensate for the overscan of the TV monitor.
