Dear Maintainer,

Replicate: Open any of the debugging windows, open the "watches" window for
example. The "watches" window appears near the upper left corner. Click on the
title bar and drag to another screen location.

Expected behavior: window can be moved to another screen location.
Observed behavior: window cannot be moved. Note: Debugging windows in
codeblocks 20.03 in Debian 10 do not have this problem.
