Dear Maintainer,

Following 994451, it will be nice if /usr/share/containers/seccomp.json is a
symlink to /etc/containers/seccomp.json (or other name for this file)

It will allow a sys admin to configure forbidden allowed sycall and fix quickly
forbidden syscall in case of security problem.
