At this time mailscripts does not tag slurped bugs.  Please consider
adding a config key and code to tag slurped bugs, or document how
to use $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/mailscripts/notmuch-slurp-debbug when setting
up a post-new or post-insert hook.

A minimal solution might be to recommend using a post-new or
post-insert hook in notmuch-slurp-debbug(1).
