Dear Maintainer,

after the update to Debian Bullseye, csv files are incorrectly reported as application/csv
instead of text/csv, which is no valid mime type for csv files.

I believe this might have been fixed in Magic 5.40, as reported in
https://bugs.astron.com/view.php?id=174
