Setting up new email IMAP account, Apple iCloud. Server settings auto-
detected ok, password accepted.

Expected result: start syncing with the server and display all messages
and folders.

Actual result: The follwing message is displayed above the message
window:

   Error while Retrieving folder list for ****@**.com
   Error fetching folders: Parse Error (took 0ms)

Reseraching online suggests Apple changed something their end around 6
months ago, and this has been fixed upstream, on Fedora and on Ubuntu.
