Dear Maintainer,

In the package r-bioc-organismdbi/1.34.0-2 autopkgtests are run
despite no testsuite field in d/control.
A proof can be seen on the salsa CI pipeline job as well[1]

Please do not attempt running tests when such a field is not specified
