The tests fail randomly on ci.debian.net.

The failure log is:

Meanwhile I think it just fails on ci-worker13. @elbrus does ci-worker13 has
different disk setup?

Hi,

ci-worker13 is the only worker where the *host* still runs buster. It
seems that this package used to fail on other architectures too when
those also still ran buster.

As ci-worker-13 has been upgraded to bullseye, the issue no longer exists.
